When leaving school Michelle completed a 3yr performing arts course gaining a national diploma in dance and a Dance A- Level. She also qualified as a YMCA/RSA professional fitness instructor. From there she began her first dance job as a member of the Sky Sports dance Squad performing for many well known football and Rugby teams which lead to various TV appearances. Other jobs involved travelling and performing abroad as well as dancing for many corporate shows and TV programmes which included representing the famous Pineapple Dance Studios for 2yrs at Vitality show Earls Court.

Whilst gaining all of this experience Michelle also taught covering odd dance classes which she enjoyed, passing down first hand experience and knowledge from being a professional dancer. It was at this time “Streetz Ahead” was formed. Established in 2002, Michelle still continued to perform professionally passing down first hand experience from the industry to her Students.

In 2006 Michelle entered Streetz Ahead into their first competition. The students succeeded in coming first and it was at this time that she decided to concentrate on focusing on her school- building it to what it is today. Streetz Ahead also supply professional dancers for events, past credits include Michelle choreographing dancers and performing for Salon International Hair Show at London’s Excel for Swarzkoph.
