Principal : Michelle Hawkes Michelle began dancing at the age of 3 and hasnft really stopped since! From age 8 she went on to perform in various festivals and competitions giving her even more of a hunger to succeed. |

When leaving school Michelle completed a 3yr dance and musical theatre diploma, also gaining a dance A level as well as qualifying as an YMCA/RSA professional fitness instructor. From there she began her first dance job as a member of the Sky Sports dance squad, cheerleading for many football and rugby clubs including West Ham and Sarisons which also led to various TV appearances. Michelle continued to perform for many corporate shows and TV programmes also representing the famous Pineapple Dance Studios at various trade shows as well as travelling and performing abroad. Whilst gaining all this experience Michelle got a lot of satisfaction in teaching others and at this stage began Streetz Ahead Dance Co. Although Michelle still continues to perform today she has experienced that as a result of her teaching, individuals improve and achieve so much that this too is just as rewarding as performing. Michelle has choreographed many evnets, including recently for
Schwarzkopf Michelle choreographed and performed in The Salon International
